Gary had them, and with him being seven years older, he really didn't want me messing with them. Except that I am the artist of the family, a fact of which he was always very cognizant. So he let me paint many of them when I was about 13 or so.

I loved all things D&D, and usually only got to play with my brother, as the boys my age had mostly closed ranks by then...and I eventually turned my attentions to other things anyway. Especially after my all-time favorite character, a human paladin named Roland got killed. I followed him with a cleric named Endera, but she was never as dear to me as Roland had been. Even though with her I got to have an elf, cuz it used to be that only humans could be paladins.

But I fondly remember the excitement of getting to paint some of my brother's miniatures. I bet he still has some of those around...somewhere.Sherilynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14263725201771093097noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18298065.post-1136722105603252702006-01-08T04:08:00.000-08:002006-01-08T04:08:00.000-08:00the language of 'Blog'! feeds and codes and publi...the language of 'Blog'! feeds and codes and publishing and templates and a whole lot of other things I knew nothing about a month ago! but I do wish I had a teacher sitting beside me showing me because I learn a whole lot better that way...

Joynewsgirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14904472377623779058noreply@blogger.com
